We at MyTruCheck take your privacy seriously.

Information We Collect

MyTruCheck may share, sell, or otherwise disclose the information we collect to:
Customers. Our “Customers” are consumers who purchase our products and services.
Vendors. Our Vendors “Vendors” are other businesses who process information for us to provide our core Services solely on our behalf, and who are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purposes and who must keep all information you supply confidential.
Government, Law Enforcement, and Parties to Litigation. We may disclose information to government and/or law enforcement agencies if required in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, legal process, or other government requests. We may also provide information to government and/or law enforcement agencies for purposes of preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud or other similar safety-related issues. In all such cases, we will exercise all reasonable measures to attempt to preserve the confidentiality of the information.

MyTruCheck does not knowingly collect, use, disclose, sell, or share information about anyone under the age of 18.

If you satisfy the requirements of the MyTruCheck Non-Disclosure/Opt-Out Policy, you may request suppression of information about you as contained in our products and services. You must submit information to us for the purpose of making a request under our Non-Disclosure/Opt-Out Policy to do so. We will use such information only to process your request, respond to you, and maintain a record of your request and our response to it.
If you receive marketing communications from us, you may opt-out of those communications by emailing OPTOUT@mytrucheck.com, or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link within our email marketing communications. If you submit information to us for the purpose of opting out of marketing communications, we will use such information only to process your request, respond to you, and maintain a record of your request and our response to it.
MyTruCheck’s products and services contain information that is collected, processed, sold, or disclosed subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), pursuant to the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994 (DPPA), and/or is considered publicly available information. Therefore, MyTruCheck does not maintain processes for consumers to submit requests to MyTruCheck under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or any other state privacy law that exempts or excludes information subject to the GLBA or DPPA, or publicly available information..
Information Gathered About Service Use
We may use “cookies”, “web beacons”, and similar technologies on our website. We may use first and/or third-party “browser” or “HTTP” cookies, which are unique text files used for data analysis, fraud prevention, and measuring the use of our website.
